To join the National Women's 500 Club (NW500), you must have bowled a 500 series in a USBC sanctioned league or certified tournament. 

Lifetime membership fee is $15.00. Submit online and pay via Zelle to 500bowl@gmail.com. If you do not use Zelle  use the printable version of the form and submit with check by US mail.  Venmo option coming soon!
